Siemens-Signia

Founder Werner von Siemens first developed a technical solution for hearing loss in 1878 in order to help his hearing impaired wife overcome difficulties talking on the phone. In 1910, Siemens began manufacturing a line of hearing aids.  At first, these devices were only available to employees and their families, many of whom were suffering from hearing losses caused by damage during military service. Eventually, Siemens made these products available to everyone and has now been helping people with hearing loss for more than 130 years.  Its global headquarters are based in Erlangen, Germany and the company has affiliates in 24 countries around the world, including a US based manufacturing facility in Piscataway, N.J.

Siemens has a complete range of hearing aids, in various levels of technology, for all degrees of hearing loss.

In 2015 Siemens Hearing re-branded itself as Siemens-Signia, when the Siemens Hearing division was purchased by Sivantos, Inc.  The management team has remained intact through the transition.

Cellion Primax

This year Signia introduced Cellion™ Primax™, the first ever inductive charging hearing aid. This hearing solution is ideal for those who simply want to avoid having to handle batteries. Cellion automatically turns off and starts charging when placed in the charger, and turns itself back on when removed. Its rechargeable lithium-ion power cell provides up to 24 hours of use on a single charge, and with no contacts, Cellion’s unique OneShell design makes it remarkably easy to use.

Silk Primax

Silk™ Primax CICs are nearly invisible in the ear. With fast-fitting Click Sleeves, there’s no waiting needed! This is an ideal solution for those who want to walk out of their hearing care professional’s office with ready-to-wear custom hearing aids. Silk’s binaural OneMic directionality allows your ears to focus on specific sounds in the front while filtering out unwanted noises from behind.

Pure Primax

Pure® Primax is suitable for almost all levels of hearing loss. Its IP67-ratedhousing protects against dirt and moisture, and with the eCharger™, there is no need to change batteries, making it a reliable and convenient solution. You can extend its functionality and convenience even further thanks to the easyTek™ and easyTek™ App, which allow you change programs, adjust volume levels, and stream audio directly into your hearing aids.

Insio Primax

Insio™ Primax is the custom fit solution that is tailored-made to your ear for ultimate comfort and discretion. Despite its small size, it is packed with features like the EchoShield program, which reduces reverberation for enhanced sound quality. And even the smallest IICs can be remote controlled for total convenience and great discretion via the touchControl™ App.

Motion SX, SA, P

Motion® Primax BTE models are fully featured with directional microphones for true binaural hearing. Offered in a variety of performance levels, there are models to suit almost all hearing loss from moderate to severe, providing ultimate comfort and maximum discretion.

Motion SX models have a rechargeable battery, while the SA models have a standard battery compartment that can be switched with a connection for direct audio input via an integrated audio shoe.
